Our client is a Luxury Beach Resort and Spa based in Dubai and they are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Russian-speaking Sales Manager to join our team and the primary responsibility is to generate new business opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation: The primary responsibility is to generate new business opportunities, often through partnerships with travel agents, corporate clients, and event planners. This includes identifying potential clients and developing strategies to attract them.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers is essential. This involves regular communication, understanding client needs, and ensuring satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
- Event Coordination: Many resort sales managers are involved in planning and coordinating events, such as weddings and corporate retreats. This includes working closely with the events team to ensure all aspects of the event meet client expectations.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Sales managers often work with the marketing and revenue management teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. They may also collaborate with the front office and catering teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Market Analysis: Understanding market trends and competitor offerings is vital for positioning the resort effectively. Sales managers often analyze data to adjust strategies and pricing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in Russian is essential, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort setting.
- Experience: Typically, a minimum of 8 years in hotel or resort sales is preferred. Experience in event management can also be beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for negotiating contracts and presenting to clients.
- Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines is crucial, especially during peak seasons.
- Sales Acumen: A proven track record in sales and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies are key.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary per month: 14,000 to 12,000 (Local currency AED) = 3400 Euros +-
- Package Offered - Flights, accommodation, meals, work permit, insurance, transport, etc. as per the UAE Labour Law included in the package.
Working hours: 9 hours per day and one day off weekly
Start Date: As soon as possible
Length of contract: 2 years
