Our client is an international AdTech company in Limassol is looking for a Data Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze large-scale programmatic advertising datasets to identify trends, performance patterns, and optimization opportunities.
- Support Ad Operations by validating campaign setup, data accuracy, and tracking consistency across DSPs.
- Build and maintain dashboards and analytical reports in tools such as Metabase, Looker, or Tableau.
- Investigate anomalies in delivery, attribution, or revenue data and collaborate with R&D to resolve issues.
- Translate campaign performance results into actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
- Work closely with Product, Data Engineering, and Ad Operations teams to improve data quality, measurement standards, and reporting capabilities.
- Contribute to the development of data-driven processes that enhance campaign optimization and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 2–4+ years of experience in Performance Advertising Analytics, Ad Operations, or digital media performance analysis.
- Knowledge of SQL for querying campaign performance and troubleshooting data issues.
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting platforms (e.g., Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Power BI) for data exploration and insight generation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly.
- Ability to troubleshoot discrepancies in performance, tracking, or attribution workflows.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Working Hours:
The working days are Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm with an hour off (onsite job for people located in Limassol, for candidates located in Paphos, Nicosia, etc. hybrid working can be discussed).
