Our client an international Online Gaming Company with operations in Malta, Israel, UK, Moldova, Romania and Cyprus is looking to hire a team of Customer Support/Sales Agents for their offices in Limassol.
Due to the various markets that they cover, they are ideally looking for candidates that speak additional European languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, German etc. however candidates with fluent English only will also be considered.
The position will work with international clients from all over the world and will be responsible for providing ongoing service to existing customers via email, chat and telephone.
The ideal candidate will have /be:
Fluency in English and one of the following languages such as Portuguese, French, Polish, Finnish or Norwegian.
Experience in online gaming or online customer support will be a great advantage
Working hours:
Due to the nature of the position will require shifts including nights and weekends on rotation and therefore the flexibility to work shifts is a must
Salary:
The company is offering a very competitive salary of between 1,600 - 1,800 Euros gross per month based on experience plus an excellent monthly bonus based on performance which could equal to an additional 50% of your salary per month.
