Our client, a leading global fuel company with operations globally is looking to hire a Customer Service Officer for their Cyprus licensee in Nicosia. Must be available to start in September. 

Job Summary: 

  • To serve as the central point of contact between the company and its customers/vendors across all business channels (B2B, fleet card users, station dealers, and end consumers). Its core objective is to ensure exceptional customer experience by managing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting commercial operations.
  • Ultimately, the purpose of the job is to safeguard customer satisfaction, enhance operational efficiency, and reinforce the company’s commercial effectiveness.

  • Customers / Vendors Data & Account Administration
  • Fleet Card Management & Technical Support (Company Pass / Company Pass Prepaid)
  • Retail Station Network / Marketing / Promo & B2B Commercial Support
  • Master Data Management & Support
  • Order Management & Delivery Coordination

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer & Vendor Communication & Support
    • How: Responding to inbound calls, emails, and CRM tickets in a timely and professional manner.
    • Purpose: To resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Order Processing 
    • How: Receiving customer orders via phone/email, inputting them into SAP, and coordinating with logistics for timely deliveries.
    • Purpose: To ensure accurate and on-time fulfillment of customer needs, minimizing delays or errors.
  • Fleet Card Technical & Operational Support
    • How: Issuing, activating, adjusting limits, and resolving transaction or system issues
    • Purpose: Smooth daily card usage for customers and supports operational and commercial reliability and control.
  • Data & System Administration
    • How: Updating customer master data, processing internal approvals, generating reports via SAP and Excel.
    • Purpose: To ensure data integrity, support decision-making, and enable accurate financial and commercial operations.
  • Promotions & Campaign Execution
    • How: Communicating promotion mechanics, tracking participation, answering customer queries.
    • Purpose: To support marketing campaigns and drive engagement and sales volume from retail channels.
  • Internal Coordination & Support
    • How: Liaising with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Marketing and Engineering to ensure cross-functional execution of tasks.
    • Purpose: To act as the operational backbone that connects departments and ensures a unified customer approach.
  • Retail Station Support
    • How: Assisting station dealers with operational issues, barcode entries, price updates, and promo communication.
    • Purpose: To ensure smooth retail operations and alignment with central commercial policies.

Requirements: 

  • 2 Years’ proven customer/operation support experience
  • University Diploma in Administration or similar
  • University Degree in Business Administration / Operation or Similar
  • Microsoft Office, SAP, CRP and CRM systems
  • Customer Orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Greek/English. 
  • Team player with a positive attitude. 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and practices such as SAP

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm 

Benefits:

  • The client is offering a salary of 1500-1600 euros gross per month 
  • 13th salary 
  • Variable Pay (annual Bonus)
  • Provident Fund with 7.5% Employer Contribution
