Our client, a Financial Services Company to the forex industry in Limassol, is looking for a CRM Manager. This service provider is supporting a number of brands.
- Handling the database of the agents;
- Keep contact information up-to-date;
- Monitoring daily activities and incoming traffic;
- Assigning new clients;
- Optimize the communication with the client through CRM;
- Create and build workflows for faster task;
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise;
- Ensure that the sales agents follow the company’s procedures;
- Generate reports for the management;
- Working in accordance with internal policies and procedures;
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, especially Microsoft Excel will be considered as an advantage;
- Fluent in English language, both verbal and written;
- Previous experience in similar role or experience in Financial industry will be considered as an advantage;
- Experience in Back Office / CRM systems will be considered as an advantage.

- Self – motivated;
- Experience in working under pressure with loud environment;
- Ability to work under pressure and with strict deadlines.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 – 19:00. Holidays and Weekends are on Rotation with Extra Payment. (Weekends include one weekend per month).
