Our client, a FX Company with their focus on the Asian market in Limassol, is looking to hire an experienced CRM/Account Team Leader (Sales Support Team).  The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with 4-6 years of Forex and CFD trading experience, who enjoys working as a hunter in a sales organization, is passionate to offer truly unlimited investment opportunities for existing clients and is willing to prospect new markets/attract new clients

Responsibilities: 

  • Able to lead and develop new sales team to target Asian markets 
  • Build and manage a portfolio of high-value clients (HVC) and partners by acquiring new and growing existing ones.
  • Develop new leads and build sales pipeline
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set together with management
  • Act as the primary point of contact between HVC & partners and us
  • Handle HVC & partners relationships and coordinate issue resolution
  • Develop a deep understanding of the industry, the respective market, and competitive analysis
  • Understand the partner business's activities and HVC needs. 

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years in a sales role in Forex/Financial Brokerage industry
  • Asian market experiences highly valued.
  • Wide business network around Cyprus and EU preferable 
  • Have CYSEC Advanced and Previous employer reference preferable 
  • Degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking/ Business Administration or related field would be considered an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of financial items market: forex, CFD, and Commodities assets
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets 
  • Generally motivated for Sales (Conversion and retaining) and highly energetic with a good willingness to reach and exceed targets, overachiever mentality
  • Ability to use advanced English for different work & business purposes; any other language being an advantage
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  • Solid experience with CRM software and CRM system development - Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business

Working hours:

  • The working hours are 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday
