Our client is Trading Brokerage that offers its clients a financial platform to trade in Forex, stocks, ETFs, crypto, commodities and more are due to continuous growth within the African and Asian Markets they are looking to recruit a further Country Manager with a proven network of IBs for these regions . 

The ideal candidate will have Forex & CFD experience, strong IB relationships, and the ability to recruit, support, and manage IBs to drive business growth.

  • To drive our expansion across Africa and Asia, we are seeking experienced Country Managers with a proven track record and an existing book of clients and IBs. This role is a rare opportunity to build and scale a high-growth region under the leadership of one of the most experienced management teams in the industry.

Role Overview:

  • As Country Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic growth and expansion of our brokerage in your region. You will leverage your established network of traders, IBs, and affiliates to rapidly drive client acquisition, trading volume, and long-term business growth. This role requires a highly connected, entrepreneurial, and results-driven professional with deep knowledge of the local FX market in their region.
  • Note: we are looking for country managers with potential to expand into a regional directorship role. 

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Market Expansion:

  • Leverage your existing network of traders, IBs, and affiliates to drive client acquisition and market penetration.
  • Execute a regional growth strategy aligned with the company’s global objectives.
  • Identify high-value partnerships to establish a competitive presence in your country.

IB & Affiliate Network Management

  • Expand and manage a network of IBs, affiliates, and high-net-worth traders.
  • Structure customized partnership agreements to drive consistent growth.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to ensure IB retention and performance.

Revenue Growth & Performance Management

  • Drive client’s acquisition and trading volume while ensuring high client engagement.
  • Maintain a positive revenue approach with a strong focus on commission optimization.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to adjust strategies accordingly.

Compliance & Operational Excellence

  • Ensure all client onboarding and marketing activities adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with internal teams (compliance, marketing, sales, and operations) to ensure seamless execution of company objectives.
  • Provide regular performance reports and strategic insights to senior management.

Brand Positioning & Industry Representation

  • Act as the official representative of the brand in your country, strengthening its market reputation.
  • Participate in industry events, expos, and networking opportunities to drive brand visibility.
  • Establish a strong digital and offline presence to engage traders effectively.

Candidate Profile:

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years in the forex industry, specifically in sales, business development, or IB management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing an IB network and acquiring traders.
  • Established client base & IB network ready to onboard.
  • Strong knowledge of local financial markets, trading trends, and regulatory environment.

  • High-level business acumen with a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, capable of driving business independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a highly competitive market.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to the local market.
