Our client is an ASP/Corporate Services firm based in Nicosia currently looking to recruit a Corporate and Banking Administrator to join the team 

Responsibilities:

Banking administration:

  • Gathering and processing related documentation pertaining to the opening of clients’ bank accounts
  • Opening Corporate and Personal bank Accounts in Cyprus and abroad
  • Collecting and reviewing KYC paperwork for the onboarding of new clients and the account openings
  • Maintaining existing bank accounts by continuous updating of all relevant KYC and corporate documentation
  • Assisting in developing relationships with new financial institutions, obtain information required to open accounts and develop the process
  • Maintaining financial institutions database
  • Perform any other ad-hoc Banking related tasks 

Corporate administration:

  • Assisting on formation of Cyprus entities 
  • Liaising with the agents for incorporation of overseas companies
  • Record keeping and administration duties
  • Arranging for the documents to be executed, certified and apostilled
  • Appling for TIC number from Tax Authority
  • Filling corporate changes with Registrar of Companies
  • Other ad-hoc Corporate related tasks

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance or any other related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fiduciary or professional services 
  • Excellent command of the English and Greek languages, both verbal and written, Russian language will be considered as advantage
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
  • Planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Quorum or EBos will be considered as advantage

Working hours:

 

Monday to Friday on weekly rotation 9:00am to 5:00pm and 10:00am to 6:00pm

 

Salary

The salary is based on previous skills and experience and negotiable

13th Salary and medical cover after probation (6 months)
