The company provides management services to international real estate developers and investors who focus on the UK market and they have their financial headquarters in Nicosia. They provide all back-office services for bookkeeping, accounting, financial control, banking activities, HR, payroll, finance and support for funding applications, overheads management and company secretarial services to a wide range of clients based in Cyprus and UK.

They are looking for a Corporate and Banking Administrator who will be responsible for keeping company records up to date, handling corporate administration, assisting with banking matters, processing payments, and supporting compliance with legal, financial, and tax requirements. You’ll work closely with banks, auditors, lawyers, and other service providers to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Company Records & Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate company registers (shareholders, directors, charges, contracts, etc.).
    • Safekeep key documents (incorporation papers, shareholder agreements, trust deeds, certificates, etc.).
    • Keep contracts and agreements organised and up to date.
    • Prepare and store shareholder and board resolutions.
    • File annual returns, confirmation statements, and other statutory documents.
    • Keep tax registration certificates and records of tax advice.
  • Banking Administration:
    • Open and close bank accounts when needed.
    • Update bank mandates (authorised signatories).
    • Add or remove online banking users.
    • Provide banks with documents for due diligence and transaction approvals.
    • Resolve banking issues and negotiate fees.
    • Keep a record of all bank accounts across the group.
  • Payment Processing:
    • Process payments to suppliers, staff, and tax authorities.
    • Check payment requests are properly authorised.
    • Handle bank transfers and other payment methods.
    • Keep payment records updated and produce weekly reports.
    • Work with the finance team to reconcile bank payments.
  • Loan & Funding Administration:
    • Keep loan (TRF) records accurate and up to date.
    • Save all signed loan agreements and amendments.
    • Record bank fees and interest correctly.
    • Help with compliance reports for lenders.
  • KYC (Know Your Customer) Checks:
    • Update proof of address and passport copies for directors, owners, and bank signatories every quarter.
    • Request new documents before old ones expire.
  • HMRC & Statutory Filings:
    • File confirmation statements for UK companies 14 days before deadlines.
    • File offshore annual reports on time.
    • Maintain a schedule of filing dates.

Requirements:

  • Direct experience(at least 2-5 years) in a similar position or within related field as fiduciary services, banking administration, paralegal work.
  • Preferably a degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance or Economics
  • Fluent Greek and English skills 
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing administrative tasks independently

Working Hours: 

  • The working hours are 9:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday, with an hour lunch break (onsite role).
  • For candidates from Larnaca / Limassol area there is an opportunity to work remotely.
