Our client is a CySEC regulated investment firm who are looking for an  Corporate Administrator position for their offices in Limassol.

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Administrator to add to our dynamic Exclusive legal team.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

  • Filing, organizing, scanning, copying and faxing legal and/or other documents
  • Dealing with a day-to-day administration of the Group of the Companies
  • Preparation of mandatory documentation for the incorporation, administration and liquidation of the Companies
  • Liaising with the Secretary / Agents / Insurance Companies / Auditors of the Group of the Companies and other external consultants on various corporate and banking matters
  • Opening and maintaining the bank accounts with local and foreign banks for the Companies Group
  • Preparation resolutions/minutes and other internal documentation/agreements
  • Preparation and submission of the documents to the authorities (Tax Office, Social Insurance, CRMD, Notary Public, Registrar of Companies)
  • Maintenance of various registers/database of documents: corporate registers, agreements, PoA, Resolutions, Minutes, etc.
  • Processing invoices
  • Support with the provision of KYC, translation / legal verification of documents

Work Experience / Knowledge

  • 2-3 years of experience in administration of companies in a law firm or administrative services provider
  • Knowledge of Cypriot Corporate Governance and basic tax legislation is an advantage
  • Legal/law background would be considered an advantage
  • A thorough approach to work and attention to details
  • A commercial mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
  • Experience in the financial services industry would be considered an advantage
  • Experience in a regulated environment will be considered an advantage

Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required

  • Fluent in English and Greek both written and oral.
  • Well–developed analytical and problem–solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
  • Communication skills, organizational skills, juggling numerous priorities under strict deadlines, analytical skills.

Education

Holder of a University degree in Business Management, Business Administration and/or Diplomas or certificates in Secretarial studies will be considered as an advantage
