A Corporate Services Company in Nicosia is looking for a Corporate Administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting legal teams in corporate transactions
  • Corporate secretarial administration
  • Other paralegal duties
  • Handling communication with clients and authorities
  • Handling filings with companies registrar

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience with above mentioned tasks at a reputable law firm or an authorised service provider in Cyprus 
  • Professional knowledge of English verbal and written (Greek skills are a plus)
  • Experience with Quorum
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent digital literacy skills.

Working hours:

  • The working hours are Monday to Friday 08.00 - 13.00 and 15:00 - 18:00
