Our client, an Administrative Services Provider (ASP) with offices based in Limassol, is looking to recruit a Corporate Administrator with attention to detail and the ability to develop in a fast-growing business to join the team (Russian will be considered an advantage).
ONLY candidates without any visa/work permit requirements will be considered
Responsibilities:
Maintaining corporate files and filing
Drafting internal documents
Correspondence with clients via email/telephone
Scanning
Working with authorities, banks, agents worldwide, tax office, Registrar of Companies
Completing RoC forms
Answer phones, working with couriers
Arranging apostille, certifications
Knowledge:
Strong analytical and research skills.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well within a team and individually.
Ability to organize and reach strict deadlines
English or Greek, speaking and writing
Russian will be considered an advantage
Salary and benefits:
Up to 1,500 Euros NET based on skills and experience
13th Salary
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm or 9 am - 6 pm
