Our client is a CySEC regulated Forex Broker based in Limassol and they are currently looking to recruit further Conversion Agents (FTD) to join the existing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting new clients who have shown an interest in opening a trading account
- Maximises all sales opportunities to ensure highest deposit obtainable
- Know all the features and benefits of all products, services, promotions, bonuses, and trading systems offered to better sell to the client
- Gains understanding of client needs before presenting relevant products/services
- Working to achieve all sales/conversion targets on a consistent basis
- To ensure that all up-selling and cross-selling opportunities are capitalised upon
- Understanding of what motivates clients
- Entering and updating client information into the internal CRM System
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English is a must.
- Sales experience in any field
- Can work towards targets & under pressure
- Characteristics: money/target driven, dynamic and self-motivated with strong sales skills, self-confident with hunger for success, good work ethic with desire to go that extra mile.
- Strong computer skills, CRM, Microsoft Packages
- Excellent conversation skills and organizational skills
What we offer :
- Basic Salary: 1200 - 1500 Euros gross depending on experience
- Excellent Commission Structure as follows
- 0-10 sales at €40.00/sale
- 11-20 sales at €50.00/sale
- 21+ sales at €60.00/sale
- Plus a further bonus of as follows
- 0-9 sales monthly = €0.00
- 10-19 sales monthly = €500.00
- 20-29 sales monthly = €850.00
- 30+ sales monthly = €1,000.00
