Our client, an Offshore licensed broker in Limassol, is looking to hire a native English-speaking Conversion Agent.
Responsibilities:
- Generating and developing clients from new leads
- Maintaining a high volume of client contact via phone
- Providing training to clients on the company’s products and trading systems
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication
- Promoting the company’s products and services in an effective manner
- Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to customers ensuring that clients receive the best level of service
- Ensure compliance with the company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures Contribute to the team effort by achieving targeted results
- Cooperate effectively with other departments as necessary
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of previous experience in Conversion or a similar position in a financial services company is a must
- Native English, and any other languages will be considered an advantage
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic and innovative Self-motivated and target oriented
- Strong computer literacy
Working hours:
- The working hours are 9am – 6pm (onsite role)
