Our client is a Global financial services company in Limassol.  On their platform you are able to trade in more than 26 countries and you have access to 120 stocks worldwide. Clients can invest independently in shares, options, etc. They are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing our social media presence across multiple platforms, and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and increase audience engagement. 

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, has excellent writing skills, understands social media trends, and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives. 
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of all social media channels, including: 
    • Publishing posts, stories, reels, and other content. 
    • Engaging with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries. 
    • Providing regular updates to customers through social media platforms. 
    • Monitoring engagement, performance metrics, and preparing reports. 
  • Create original and engaging content for social media campaigns across multiple platforms. 
  • Brainstorm and develop creative marketing concepts and campaign ideas. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams, designers, videographers, and freelancers to produce high-quality content from concept to publication. 
  • Write compelling marketing copy that reflects the company's brand voice, including: 
    • Website content 
    • Email campaigns 
    • Advertisements 
    • Landing pages 
    • Banners 
    • Social media captions 
    • Promotional materials 
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. 
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversions. 
  • Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and tone of voice across all marketing channels. 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the investment, fintech, financial services, or capital markets industry is considered a strong advantage. 
  • Practical experience with content planning, campaign management, and social media analytics tools. 
  • Experience working with graphic designers, video editors, or creative freelancers. 
  • Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms, including: TikTok , Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) , YouTube, Reddit 
  • Proven experience in content creation and copywriting for marketing and advertising purposes. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. 
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. 
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. 
  • Strong attention to detail. 

Working Hours:

The working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 (onsite role)
