Our client, Corporate Services Company in Limassol, is looking to hire a part-time Compliance Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that regulatory policies and procedures are documented, implemented and monitored.
  • Ensuring that the company always maintains full compliance with the legal framework.
  • Communicate with CySec, Clients and associates regarding AML matters.
  • Involvement in client acceptance and on boarding procedures.
  • Reviewing and ensuring client KYC documentation is up to date.
  • Ensuring that all CySec Reports are being carried out on the time frame required and as per the requirements of the Regulator.
  • Assistance in development and improvement of AML procedures and systems.
  • Identifying and carrying out risk assessments.
  • Performing on going monitoring.
  • Assisting with issues relevant to AML and Compliance arising during the process of the Company’s operations.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or another related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role, experience within the Administrative Services industry will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Holder of CySec AML certificate, is a must.
  • Knowledge of current laws, regulations and common practices in compliance and AML.
  • Keeping up to date with Regulator’s updates, notifications and informing the Management accordingly.
  • Able to display a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience of using electronic AML systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek & English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong knowledge of MS office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Working hours:

  • The working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 1.00 pm
