A CySEC regulated CFD Investment Firm in Limassol is looking to recruit a Compliance Assistant. The Company offers a professional and supportive work environment with opportunities for development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing and updating the Company’s internal policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements;
- Remain up to date with new legislation and regulation updates relevant to the Company’s operations;
- Assess and evaluate the performance of the call monitoring officers, ensuring quality assurance standards are met and regulatory expectations are adhered to;
- Identify and report any breaches of the Company’s internal procedures and relevant regulations to ensure ongoing compliance at all levels;
- Conduct ongoing monitoring of communication activities (including recorded calls, emails, and chats) between employees and clients to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations;
- Support the Compliance Department in the daily execution of compliance and AML-related tasks across all relevant business functions tasks;
- Maintain and update compliance registers (e.g., complaints, conflicts of interest, marketing approvals) in an accurate and timely manner;
- Reviewing, approving, and monitoring marketing communication and materials for compliance with regulations;
- Assist with the preparation of required periodic reports to the Regulator (CySEC);
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance across operational areas and contribute to a strong compliance culture within the Company;
- Undertake additional compliance-related tasks or projects as assigned by the Head of Compliance;
Requirements:
- Degree in Compliance, BA, Finance or any other related field;
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a Compliance role within the Forex/Financial Services industry;
- CySEC Advanced Certificate is a must;
- CySEC AML Certificate is a plus;
- Fluency in English (verbal and written). Knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Attention to detail;

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment;
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills;
