Our client, a CySEC regulated Forex Company in Limassol, is looking to recruit a Compliance Assistant / Deputy Communications Monitoring Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to the Head of Compliance in reviewing and updating the Company’s policies and procedures.
- Keep abreast with new legislation and regulation updates
- Quality assurance performance: assess and evaluate the performance of the calls monitoring officers.
- Identify breaches of the Company’s internal procedures and relevant regulations and ensure the Company is compliant with a regulatory framework on all levels. Communication monitoring activities of relevant departments and update all registers accordingly.
- Managing Compliance and AML daily tasks via monitoring of the communication between employees of the Company and its clients.
- Monitoring recorded calls on a daily basis, as well as supervising the Calls Monitoring officers and ensuring, that they are adhering to the relevant regulatory requirements with respect to communication with clients.
- Reviewing, approving, and monitoring marketing communication and materials for compliance with regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of required periodic reports to the any Authority and Regulator.
- Undertake other compliance duties as requested by the Head of Compliance.
Requirements:
- Have a Degree in Compliance, BA, Finance or any other related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a Compliance role within the Forex/Financial Services industry.
- CySEC Advanced Certificate is a must.
- CySEC AML Certificate is a plus.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written). Knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Working hours:
- The working hours are 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday, public holidays and weekends off. 22 days paid annual leave. This is an onsite position.
