The company's top-notch team of professionals is rapidly growing, and they are currently looking for A Compliance Advisor to join them at their company location in Limassol.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, Develop, Review, Implement and effectively manage compliance programs, policies, procedures related operational documents according to relevant laws and regulations.
- Establish, review, and revise as necessary compliance manuals as assigned.
- Administer, draft, and negotiate simple and/or complex contractual agreements.
- Review, report and provide advice on general compliance and regulatory corporate matters and/ or issues in a detailed manner.
- Regularly audit and report company’s procedures, practices, and documents to identify, troubleshoot and/or escalate potential legal and compliance weaknesses or risks.
- Create, handle, coordinate, support and provide effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
- Perform various general administrative duties (such as file creation and maintenance of ongoing administrative projects).
- Always ensuring that all employees are aware of the latest regulations and processes as well as collaborating closely with all related departments to maintain a compliance culture across the company.
- Resolve employee concerns, queries and provide information related to legal and compliance when necessary.
Requirements:
- BSc/BA and/or MSc in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 – 4 years’ proven experience in a similar Compliance Advisor role.
- Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards is highly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of legal and compliance requirements, controls, practices, and procedures.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English. (Additional Languages will be advantageous)
- A great analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
