The company's top-notch team of professionals is rapidly growing, and they are currently looking for Client Relations Officers to join them at their company location in Limassol.

They are a specialized company for outsourced omnichannel customer support, experience, and complaint handling. Our aim is to optimize your clients' experience, established upon the reliability and security of your services. 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for handling, investigating, and resolving customers complaints within given timeframes through various mediums including telephone and email.
  • Obtaining necessary information/updates from other departments regarding the resolution of the complaints.
  • Presenting detailed summaries of complaints to the Head of Department.
  • Negotiating suitable resolutions to complaints with clients.
  • Ensuring that all formal replies are provided accordingly depending on the task.
  • Providing complaints-related reports as requested.
  • Ensuring tickets and data capturing is accurate and timeous. 
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • BSc Degree at any related field.
  • Languages: English, German, Portuguese, Spanish are highly preferred. 
  • Skilled in problem solving, punctuality, ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and CRM.
  • 3 years of experience in the Forex industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Previous experience as account managers, support agents, Back Office, Compliance.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Fluent in English (Verbal and Written)
  • Ability to handle large amount of data.
  • Attention to details & ability to follow procedures.
