Our client is an international Forex Trading Company with offices in a number of locations worldwide. They are looking to hire a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will primarily focus will be on providing strategic financial leadership, driving financial planning, and ensuring the fiscal health of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to provide insights into financial decision-making processes.
- Manage financial risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Supervise financial teams and processes, including accounting, treasury, and financial planning and analysis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within a forex company
- In-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
Working hours:
- The working hours are 9:00-18:00 with one hour break. Hybrid/remote working can be discussed.
