Our client is a leading Telecoms service provider and they are currently looking to recruit further Call Center Representatives for the offices in Nicosia.
Your role:
- If you are a great communicator, enjoy helping people, and want to work in a large and dynamic organization in the telecommunications sector, then this position is for you!
- As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will answer phone calls, provide information, resolve queries, and suggest solutions that meet their needs. Simultaneously, you will also communicate via email, chat, or social media.
- The work can be part-time or full-time. Shifts are morning or afternoon, from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays, so flexibility in your schedule is important.
Training:
- Before you start, you will attend a comprehensive training program lasting approximately 1 month, from Monday to Thursday 09:00–16:00 and Friday 09:00–13:00.
- The training is paid, and attendance is mandatory, as it includes important theory and practical work that will prepare you for your daily customer service routine.
Remuneration and Benefits:
- Competitive remuneration package , for full- time € 1150 monthly , Part-time (7hrs shifts daily) - 35hrs/weekly: € 1000 or Part time 130 hours monthly € 863 ( 4 to 6 hours daily) €200 monthly bonus for the first 3 months

- Provide support and assistance through all channels available (emails, chat, social media, etc.)
What we look for:
- Positive, energetic and confident personality
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Greek
- Good computer skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role is considered as an advantage
