My client is a Limassol based Neobank offering online secure, transparent and seamless financial services and advanced multicurrency management and they are looking to recruit a motivated and results-driven professionals to join our Business Development team. 

Whether you're at a junior or senior level, you will play a key role in expanding our network, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting client relationships. Working closely with the Head of Business Development, you’ll help drive growth across various markets, maintain strong collaborations, and contribute directly to the company’s long-term success.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Find potential IB (Introducing Broker) partners, clients, and explore new market opportunities.
  • Develop and grow your network and client portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Negotiate and close deals with potential IB partners. 

Candidate Profile:

Senior Business Developer:

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role within the Payment/ Forex or Financial industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, close deals, and manage high-value partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, client behavior, and the competitive landscape.

Junior Business Developer:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or within the Payment/ Forex/financial industry.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the Forex/financial sector.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic with a drive to develop a strong portfolio.

For Both Roles:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable.
