Our client is a Global fintech company with over 20 years of expertise in the FX market and they are currently looking to expand their presence further within Asian region and recruit further Business Developers who will be working fully remote and covering the South East Asia and Indian Markets.

In a remote working environment, you will be one of our representatives in your region. We are looking for local representatives to bring us closer to our partners worldwide and become a member of the specialized client-facing department which is focused on providing exceptional care to new and existing partners through a value-driven relationship-based approach. The Business Development Manager will retain and grow Partners, providing relationship management and support throughout the user journey.
What you'll actually do:

Account Management
- Identify partnership opportunities, ensure satisfaction by maintaining a professional relationship, handling and following-up on issue resolutions and catering to their needs
- Tend to users’ needs and concerns to offer the best solutions/alternatives to them.
- Keep users up-to-date with company developments to ensure they receive the highest level of service.
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective partners in an effort to grow the business and help the company expand
- Prospect potential individual brokers and proactively connect with them for service offerings

Business Development
- Build and manage a profitable portfolio of business partners by acquiring new, growing and retaining existing partners, including building and maintaining a robust pipeline of new potential partners
- Develop a deep understanding of their respective markets, competitive analysis and partner activities
- Recruit and maintain strong relationships with IBs, institutional clients, and channel partners
- Organise and participate in events, webinars, and meetings to engage with business partners
- Achieve assigned sales quotas
- Ensure compliance and adherence to the Company's business, regulatory and brand guidelines.
Whom We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, client relationship, or any relevant client-facing roles within the financial trading industry, with proven experience working within the Forex industry.
- Fluent in English and a regional language (Asia /India)
- Team player, focused and goal-oriented
- Excellent convincing and influencing skills.
- Persistence and critical thinking skills.
- Strong commercial and business development mindset.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Deep knowledge in financial markets, trading, investing, technical, and fundamental analysis.
- Strong knowledge in Stock / FOREX trading knowledge
- Sales-driven and motivated personality to achieve KPIs on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
- Graduating with a Bachelor's degree is compulsory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask with attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Able to work in a team and individually when need be
- Willingness to travel for Business Trips.
- Investment license/financial certifications are highly regarded.
