Our client is an independent and highly respected professional services firm, based in Nicosia, that is looking to onboard a Business Development Executive.

Responsibilities:
- This job position has the following responsibilities and duties:
- Identify and engage potential clients for audit, tax, and advisory services.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the client portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, industry trends, and competitive threats.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings.
- Track and analyse business development performance, providing regular updates to management.
- Work closely with the audit and tax teams to tailor service offerings to client needs.
- Develop partnerships with corporate and financial institutions to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and client experience.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client relationships.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activity reports in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- The successful candidate should have the following skills, education, and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management (preferably in audit, finance, or professional services).
- Strong understanding of audit, tax, and financial advisory services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English & Greek (any other languages is considered an advantage).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Our working hours are:
- Monday, Tuesday & Thursday from 8:15am – 17:15pm. With half hour break 13:00pm – 13:30pm
- Wednesday & Friday 8:15am – 15:00pm no break.
- Flexible walk-in hours in the morning between 8:15am – 9:15am, leaving accordingly.
