Our client, a Group of Companies in the Beauty Industry, is looking for a Beauty Advisor to work at their stands in the Duty Free of Larnaca Airport.
As a Beauty Advisor, you provide welcoming, authentic and personalized service to customers, creating an inspiring in-store experience while achieving sales targets. You combine product expertise, passion for beauty and strong people skills to educate, inspire and delight every client.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience & Service:
- Deliver personalized consultations across skincare, makeup and fragrance
- Create a unique, inspiring in-store experience for every customer
- Build long-term relationships and client loyalty
- Educate customers on products, routines and benefits
- Sales & Business Performance:
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Identify opportunities to drive sales and cross-selling
- Act as a brand ambassador representing company values
- Promote new launches, hero products and campaigns
- Product Expertise & Artistry:
- Demonstrate makeup artistry and skincare knowledge
- Stay up to date with beauty trends and product innovations
- Provide tailored recommendations based on customer needs
- In-Store Execution & Events
- Support and execute in-store events and activations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards at the counter
- Ensure the counter reflects premium brand image
- Team Collaboration:
- Work as part of a high-performing retail team
- Contribute to a positive, energetic and results-driven environment
- Support colleagues to achieve shared goals
Requirements:
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Passion for beauty, people and service
- Sales-driven mindset
- Creative + technical beauty expertise
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Fluent in Greek and English
Working Schedule:
- Working hours operate on shifts of 6.5 hours each. There are no night shifts.
- The first shift starts at 06:00 in the morning and the last shift finishes at 23:00 in the evening.
- Employment is five or six days per week, depending on the needs of the company.
- Overtime is paid with a 1.5x rate, while work on public holidays is paid at double rate (2x).
Benefits:
- The client is offering a salary of €1,100 gross, with an additional bonus based on target achievement, as well as payment of a 13th salary and annual leave.
