Our client is an online broker in Limassol.  On their platform you are able to trade in more than 26 countries and you have access to 120 stocks worldwide. Clients can invest independently in shares, options, etc.  They are looking for an Italian Back Office Assistant who will focus on on lead management and account onboarding. This role involves direct interaction with potential and new clients, supporting them through the account opening process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You will be part of a desk of 4 Italian colleagues, within a relatively young but fast-growing company with several thousand active clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Call potential clients and conduct welcome calls for newly onboarded clients
  • Upload account opening documents and confirm initial deposits
  • Respond to client inquiries related to account status, documentation, and onboarding process
  • Send welcome emails and standardized communications
  • Manage multiple systems simultaneously (CRM, Excel sheets, phone, etc.)

Requirements: 

  • Native Italian and fluent English skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate different systems efficiently
  • Comfortable working with multiple screens
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Attention to detail and reliability
  • No specific educational background required
  • Financial knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
  • Located in Limassol area

Working hours:

  • The working hours are Monday to Friday and would involve one of the following shifts: 
    • 09:30 to 18:30
    • 10:30 to 19:30
    • or 11:30 to 20:30. 
  • The company is open to discussing and agreeing on a specific shift for the selected candidate (onsite role).
