For our client, a Fintech Company in Limassol, we are looking for an experienced, proactive, and high-performing B2B Sales Manager to join our team and lead the charge in growing our SaaS partnerships. You will be responsible for both managing inbound leads and actively seeking new business opportunities through outbound sales strategies. This is a key role with high visibility and impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through outbound efforts (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, events, etc.).
  • Inbound Sales: Engage with inbound leads, conduct discovery calls, product demos, and convert leads into customers.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, and ensure timely follow-ups and pipeline reporting.
  • Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and partners to understand their needs and position of the company as their go-to solution.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demos tailored to each client’s use case and objectives.
  • Contract Negotiation & Closing: Manage the negotiation process and close deals in collaboration with legal and leadership teams.
  • Market Feedback & Collaboration: Relay customer feedback to internal teams to help shape the product roadmap and marketing strategy.
  • Event Participation: Represent the Company's at industry events, webinars, and expos to promote our SaaS offering.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in fintech, trading, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and sales cycles.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Passion for fintech and trading is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working with proprietary trading firms or broker is a plus
  • Familiarity with trading platforms or financial markets is a plus
  • Multilingual capabilities is a plus

Working hours:

  • The working hours are flexible: 8.00-9:30 - 17:00- 18:30. This is a hybrid role (2 days from home and 3 days from the office).
