Our client is an Architecture Company in Limassol is looking for a Qualified Architect to play an active role in the design development and delivery of our projects. The right candidate will combine strong design skills with technical understanding and on-site experience.
Requirements:
- ETEK licensed with a professional degree in Architecture
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience
- Strong conceptual and technical design skills
- Proven experience in preparing construction drawings and tender documentation
- Experience with site supervision and coordination with consultants and contractors
- Familiarity with planning and building permit procedures in Cyprus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills in Greek & English
- Portfolio showcasing sensitivity to materiality, context, and spatial quality
Working Hours:
The working hours are 08:00 – 13:00 – 14:00-17:00, Monday – Friday (onsite role)
