Our client is a well established Development and Construction company with over 50 years of experience, based in Limassol. They seek to hire interior and exterior designers with experience in the use of architectural design programs and project management the duration of their construction.
The person who will be selected, will report to the Senior Manager of the company and his main duties will be as follows:
Main duties:
Preparation and / or modification of any architectural and / or construction plans and / or three-dimensional illustrations.
Preparation of design details, specifications and materials required for the implementation of the constructions under the supervision and guidance of the Senior Manager of the Company.
Preparation and / or modification of any plans after consultation with consulting designers / collaborators and under the guidance of the Senior Director.
Guidance, support and management of work plans on construction sites regarding the implementation of project design and construction.
General budgeting and construction cost estimation in collaboration with others and under the guidance of the Senior Manager.
Provision of office support and any other special tasks assigned by the Senior Manager which are related to the promotion of construction and the successful completion of the projects.
Qualifications:
Holder of a Diploma or experienced in the field of studies of architecture and / or civil engineering and / or design or other related field
Experience at least 3 years
Knowledge of programs: AutoCAD and / or ArchiCAD and / or Revit Architecture and / or other program of 3D / photorealistic illustrations, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
Knowledge of Greek and / or English language
Possession of a driving license
Qualifications considered and advantage::
Possession of a degree or postgraduate degree in terms of description in the required qualifications.
Knowledge of MS Project.
Knowledge of English or any other language
Preparation and presentation of proposals for planning, development of ideas and initiative of decisions.
