Our client is a Regulated Forex Brokers based in Limassol and they are looking to grow their Sales Department and onboard two further Arabic speakers in the role of Sales /Business Development
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer conversion, retention, and managing partnerships and must be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
Responsibilities:
- Handle potential client via various channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat, to initiate and maintain meaningful conversations
- Present the company products /services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships.
- Accurately track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends,
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by consistently converting qualified leads into paying customers
Requirements:
- Fluent Arabic & English speaker, any other language a plus
- Previous Sales experience within the Forex industry
- Result oriented and target driven.
- Team player
- Professional communication skills
- Strong networking capability
- Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business.
Salary:
- The client is offering a basic of 2500 Euros gross
- Commission on sales generated.
