Our client is a Regulated Forex Brokers based in Limassol and they are looking to grow their Sales Department and onboard two further Arabic speakers in the role of Sales /Business Development 

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer conversion, retention, and managing partnerships and must be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

  • Handle potential client via various channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat, to initiate and maintain meaningful conversations
  • Present the company products /services. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Accurately track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends,
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by consistently converting qualified leads into paying customers

Requirements:

  • Fluent Arabic & English speaker, any other language a plus
  • Previous Sales experience within the Forex industry 
  • Result oriented and target driven.
  • Team player
  • Professional communication skills
  • Strong networking capability
  • Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business.

Salary: 

  • The client is offering a basic of 2500 Euros gross 
  • Commission on sales generated.
