Job Summary:
- The Agile Coach is responsible for guiding teams in adopting Agile methodologies and practices.
- The Agile Coach will work closely with teams to improve their processes, enhance collaboration, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality products.
- This role involves mentoring, training and supporting teams and individuals in Agile principles and practices.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Guiding/coaching/mentoring the team and organisation on how to use Agile practices, the values to delight customers and how to get the most of self-organisation
- Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organisation and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organisation
- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove the impediments by finding the right personnel
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged with an emphasis on healing and problem solving
- Facilitating discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
- Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information
- Supporting and coaching the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog
- Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
- Work with other Scrum Masters as a team share experience and emerging practices
- Maintain and improve team metrics reflecting the results to the team and facilitating retrospectives in a productive and fun way towards the direction of a continuous improvement culture
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience working in a similar position
- Influential, collaborative, observant with good leadership skills
- Empathetic and good listening skills
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Extensive knowledge and experience of Scrum and Agile culture
- Passionate about Scrum and willing to develop professionally in a Scrum/Agile environment
- Familiarity with software development
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Good communication skills - ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English language
- What we might consider as an advantage
- Scrum master certification
- Knowledge and Experience on Scrum at Scale
- Experience with Payment Gateway technology
- Good command of the Russian language
