Our client, a Property Development Company in Limassol is looking for an Administrative and Accounting Officer.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to finance and operations
  • Collaborate with Managers in tracking project progress
  • Ensure business transactions are recorded accurately
  • Update financial databases to ensure information is accurate and up to date
  • Handle invoices, liaise with external accounting providers and perform reconciliations 
  • Assist in report preparation and financial analysis

Requirements: 

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English. Russian is a plus
  • Previous experience in real estate
  • Strong organisational skills 
  • Self-motivated, energetic with ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail 

Working hours:

  • The working hours are 08:30-17:30 or 09:00-18:00, Monday to Friday (onsite)
