Accounting Officer - Limassol

Our client is a fast growing and innovative service provider based in Limassol and due to continuous growth they are seeking to hire an Accounting Officer to the Finance Department  

Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices, receipts, payments and manage various day to day accounting related tasks.
  • Record transactions in the accounting system and maintaining accounting records.
  • Maintaining proper books and records.
  • Perform regular Suppliers and Bank reconciliations and any other reconciliations.
  • Filing and records retention.
  • Any other ad hoc finance tasks assigned by Senior Accountant.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Accounting/ Finance or any other relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accountant in an Accounting/ Audit firm or other institution
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written.
