Our client, a fast-growing property development company in Cyprus, is looking for an experienced Russian-speaking Accountant with strong communication skills (serving as a mediator for payments & reconciliation between the company and the client); must speak Greek, English, and Russian. The successful candidate will be the one who prioritizes accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork in financial operations. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to manage our daily accounting tasks and ensure the smooth running of our financial processes.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting activities in line with the company’s documentation requirements.
- Perform bookkeeping and monthly closure activities.
- Prepare bank and creditor reconciliations.
- Issue invoices and receipts as required.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns accurately and timely.
Requirements:
- Ideal of 4-5 years of relevant experience in accounting/bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of SAP Business One.
- A degree in accounting is not mandatory; relevant experience is highly valued.
- Proficient in Russian, Greek and English languages.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- EU-citizenship
Working hours:
- The working hours are Monday - Friday 8:30-17:30 with lunch break 13:00-14:00 (onsite)
