Our client is a Technology Company in Limassol. They are now looking to employ a Farsi-speaking Account Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, helping them navigate our trading services and realize the full value of the company’s offerings.

Responsibilities:

Client relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Understand clients' business needs and objectives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and providing solutions
  • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities

Account Strategy and Planning:

  • Engaging Potential Clients: Reach out to leads via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our trading services
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services
  • Plan and execute initiatives to ensure the client receives the most value from the company’s products or services
  • Address and assist the clients as per compliance and legal requirements

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients for new offerings or services

Client Retention and Satisfaction:

  • Building Trust: Educate prospects about the about our services regarding forex/finance market and the benefits of trading with our brokerage
  • Closing Sales: Guide prospects through the account creation process, address their concerns, and motivate them to start trading
  • Meeting Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager, or as an Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing role
  • Native Farsi speaker
  • Strong knowledge of the financial market and trading platforms
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines
  • Based in Cyprus

Working hours:

  • The working hours are 7am – 4pm or 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday (onsite job)
